What forms of payment do you accept?
Paypal, Google checkout, Visa, Mastercard, and checks or money orders are accepted. If you are mailing a check your order will be shipped as soon as the check clears.
When can I expect my order?
Items purchased before 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Items purchased before 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time Wednesday will be shipped the following Thursday.
Can I track my purchase?
Yes, a tracking number is provided for items shipped within the United States. For additional postage services for packages going outside of the United States, contact my office.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer shipping to all major countries. If your country is not listed, contact my office to determine if shipping can be accommodated.
How much do you charge for shipping & handling?
Shipping & handling charges are based on the weight of the item & determined by the United States Postal Service.
Do you offer insurance?
Insurance is offered at an additional cost. The cost is listed below:

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for local pick ups only. To schedule a pick up time on either a Tuesday or Thursday, contact our office at 503-951-3306 or by email at liza@vintage-inspirations.com Select option at checkout.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
The components are constructed of brass and not made of pure metals like Stainless steel, silver or gold. Although I have not had complaints with any of my customers who are sensitive to jewelry toward my earrings, I can not label these as hypoallergenic.
Do you make special orders?
I currently only sell what is listed on my web site. Quantities and products change daily. I may make an exception if I have rhinestones available or depending on the request. If you would like a large quantity of one specific color for a special occasion contact my office to discuss the options. Keep in mind the rhinestones may take 3-5 weeks to arrive.
Can I request a specific color?
You may submit a request for a specific color by email & if enough request come in I may choose to include that in my next order.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
Currently we do not offer wholesale prices. Due to the quality of the pieces and components I feel they are very reasonably priced.
