payments are received in US dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard,
Paypal and Money orders as a source of payment. Orders purchased with
money order will not be mailed until payment is received and cleared.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent at our discretion. All fraudulent transactions are investigated and prosecuted in accordance with applicable law. We fully reserve the right not to ship to any unconfirmed paypal addresses. Domestic US Customers:
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (in accordance with USPS weight limitations) with delivery confirmation.
We ship products on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For shipping on Tuesday, you must place your order by Monday no later than 4 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. For shippin on Thursday, you must place your orders by Wednesday no later than 4 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Local Pick Up:
For local pick up please contact our office @ 503-951-3306 before placing your order to schedule a time either on a Tuesday or Thursday.
Returns:
Exchange only for merchandise purchased within 30 days, accompanied with receipt & in unaltered state.
Damages:
Vintage Inspirations is not liable
for any damages that occurred during transit to your location by the
postal service. For insurance please purchase at time of checkout. If
your item breaks during regular wear (i.e. clasp, earhook or stone
falls out) within 30 days please contact my office immediately for
replacement.
